申请APEC
有关亚太平洋商务旅行卡申请 (APEC Business Travel Card Apllication) 程序,敬请留意以下事项:
- 中总是发出支持信件的指定单位,故此当局将向申请者征收每份申请书RM35.00 (请以支票支付 {支票抬头注明:THE ASSOCIATED CHINESE CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY OF MALAYSIA } ),作为支付包括递送费用之行政开销/成本。
- 申请人若是新申请(New Applicant)APEC 卡,请准备S4(申请人致大马移民厅函件 – 新申请)及S6(申请人致ACCCIM总商会函件) (需打印在 company letter head), 同时提呈填妥的申请表格。
- 申请者旧护照内页副本,印有进出APEC国家的盖章,以证明该申请者频繁旅行。申请者必须在24个月内5次到访APEC 国家), (At least 5 times in 24 months to any APEC economies)
- Supporting Documents:
- Company Profile – 公司及工作职位简介,用以证明个人/公司业务需经常往来亚太平洋地区。 (需打印在 company letter head)。
- 需要附上Company Organization Chart,Brochure/与国外公司买卖交易证明/国外公司注册文件等证明。
- 附上贵公司的 Corporate Detail {可透过My Data购买},申请人的护照(需至少4年期限)副本、身份证副本,以及Passport型人头照片(蓝底,衣服需有衣领)一张。
- 上述所需的完整文件及申请人资料,请准备1份原本和1份副本,然后交至本会秘书处。
敬请垂注:
由于申请程序严苛,加上需要各个国家领事馆的批准,如果其中一个国家领事馆耽误批准的话,您的申请就会因此被耽搁。如您的申请不被移民厅接纳或被拒绝,您之前所支付的手续费用,恕不退还。

APEC Business Travel Card Application procedure. Please take note of the following details:
ACCCIM is the designated unit to issue support letters. Therefore, a fee of RM35.00 will be charged for each application (please make the cheque payable to: THE ASSOCIATED CHINESE CHAMBERS OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY OF MALAYSIA) to cover administrative expenses, including delivery costs.
For new applicants of the APEC card, please prepare S4 (letter from the applicant to the Malaysian Immigration Department – New Application) and S6 (letter from the applicant to ACCCIM) (must be printed on company letterhead). When submitting the application form, please also include your company’s Corporate Detail (which can be purchased via My Data), a copy of the applicant’s passport (must have at least 4 years validity), a copy of the identity card, and a Passport-sized photo (blue background, with collared attire).
A) Copies of pages from the applicant’s old passport showing stamps of entry and exit to APEC countries, to prove the applicant’s frequent travel (at least 5 times per year to any APEC economies).
B) A company and job position profile to prove that the individual/company business requires frequent travel within the Asia-Pacific region (must be printed on company letterhead).
Please prepare one original and one copy of the complete documents and applicant’s details as mentioned above, and submit them to our Secretariat.
Please be advised:
Due to the stringent application process and the need for approval from various consulates, any delay in approval by any consulate will result in a delay in your application. If your application is not accepted or is rejected by the Immigration Department, the administrative fee paid is non-refundable.
